A 52-year-old woman, Titilayo Akindele, was arrested by the NDLEA in Edo State for selling "loud" (a strong type of cannabis). The court granted her bail, but NDLEA refused to release her. She complained of poor health in court and to the agency, and begged to be taken to hospital. Her family even offered money for medical care, but officials refused.Yesterday, she collapsed and died during court proceedings in Benin City.
@teecy_cfc@dimmakilishi You are really smart and intelligent. I wish we had more people like you in the Igbo land ah swr...💯
Na because of this Obi talk say my people lack knowledge, boom they attacked him.
This is the best response for his business and conscience sake.
He is not yet grounded or connected to make audacious statements as he was a common keke guy.
It is wise he stays neutral in his words and stop granting such interviews for now... his business is still at the infantry stage
Obi Cubana's business partner Enviable on BBC.
BBC: Are you part of City Boy Movement?
Enviable: Let me explain using Igbo adage : Okro cannot be taller than the person that planted it. Chicken does not forget the person that plucked its tail feathers during rainy season. I am not a politician, I have never participated in bringing anyone to a position of power. I am only supporting in my little capacity not as a politician.
BBC: Do you belong to City Boy Movement, YES OR NO?
Enviable: I have told you, if your Boss or business partner tells you that he wants to go to your side, and he knows that you know that terrain, the best I could do for him is to take him there I am not saying that I am a member, neither am I denying that I am a member.
Me: 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
@myabiadaily The police brutality in Abia is not getting funny again this time... Even inside village them the harras boys for the umu dike side ... Students the cry everyday ....
Something really needs to be done
Abia state already has the Department of Homeland Security which also includes the Abia State Fire and Emergency Services and the Abia State Vigilante Service. Just sign off on State police and we’re good to go.
#InvestInAbia
@ChuksEricE Loyalty wins over morality, and mostimes, for you to change them, you have to join them.
All these people bashing these men, if any of you finds yourselves in their positions, you might do worse. People think say politics na wetin we the see online.
BBC: Are you part of the City Boys movement?
Enviable; I’m not a politician and I’m not campaigning for anyone. I’m just supporting in my own way. My friend only asked me to help direct him to my people
BBC; are u a member ?
Enviable; but I have answered
@kellybonito_BU You see lack on integrity, I see a comom friendship built in loyalty and trust. For him to know he's labor party but knows he's loyalty is for them makes him outstanding and to be trusted too... A while lot to be learned from this joke
@SimaroNgongoMba Those women are stup!d instead of separation or leaving them all to fight, you the rey cover clothes for peeosn wey the fight, giving the opponent more opportunity
How is the Nigerian Government allowing this guy to come into Nigeria and say things like this? This could instigate an already fragile situation in Plateau State. This guy is a threat to our security and should be arrested.
@WayOfMindx So I can't destroy an iron with a saw blade or some chemical that will melt it? This is to tell you that external can destroy very easily more than your own mindset. Rust takes time to destroy, but the saw blade does it in a sec.
You can have your APC convention, ADC convention, warts & all, but for #Ndigbo, MAZI NNAMDI KANU (plus what he represents) remains the #BigElephant in the room that must be resolved before any other thing. All these election noise is akin to fiddling while Rome burns.
@Big_Mck Very smart people, after allowing the investment and all of that, they will find a way to either erase the peeosn or use law to take it all back from them and moa it a government owned
If you return to Nigeria with UK debit card and try to spend £10, your UK bank will flag it as fraud.
But Herbert Wigwe and co could transfer Nigeria’s wealth accumulated through corruption (10s of billions of £) to the UK to buy over 100 properties, and it won't be flagged.
I hope those of you who think corruption is only an African language understand that this is actually a deliberate system designed by Oyibo. Because they know exactly the source of the wealth people are bringing into their economy. They will turn blind eye when absorbing them, but as soon the traffic is reversed, they will remember every screening process in their books.
People who deliberately make their place save heaven for proceeds of corruption are worse than your corrupt African leaders. You can quote me anywhere.
