Where does he get off posting something this controversial with absolutely no prior approval? No review. No content assessment. No panel. @PilotBlackbeard @LJacolucci @ClownWorld This is extremely misleading. Family Courts usually decide these tests are not in the child's best interest. If it turns out the husband is not the father and the father is unknown, the court will deny the test in many states.

Additionally, across all states regardless of DNA testing, since the child was conceived during marriage the child is legally the husbands. The husband would have to divorce the wife, file a petition to have his rights removed from the child AND the biological father has to be found and willing to assume rights for the child. The mother has to sign off on all of this PRIOR to a judge making the decision AND the judge has the power to DENY the husband/legal father's motion he or she so chooses here in the United States. According to the faire rules, they can make changes, up until the time you are sitting in the seat. If they make a change, you have to accept the change or you can get a full refund. Most times, this happens because they change planes, or the route, because they decide to use a larger plan to accommodate more passengers. The plane they change to, might have a different seating configuration. When they move everyone's reservation from the old plane to the new plane, everyone just gets dumped on the new plane with no rhyme or reason and your new seat assignment might be messed up. Since I book in advance, you have to watch for this There has been a case or two, where the gate agent, moved or cancelled your ticket and gave away your seat to someone else.
