A warning to all my pilot friends. Avoid @MarriottBonvoy @Marriott in Memphis they can’t find soap or trashcans for your room, have rude staff, a dangerous workout room and can’t provide food. When you leave and change hotels they will charge $600 for 1 bad night.

@MBonvoyAssist No they have not made any attempt and went ahead and charged me $500 today. Your elite person promised me she would call me back yesterday by 2:30 and did not do that either. I would like your help in getting an immediate refund without me wasting more time
