Fighting the unfair heat network monopoly in Pimlico, and Westminster's plans to make residents pay for a whole network overhaul.

Many residents have contacted me about the impact that ongoing global events will have on their household bills. Reassuring that the Govt is already supporting those facing the greatest pressure amid the ongoing cost of living and will continue to focus on the cost of living.

“It’s a crisis of confidence, that’s affecting nearly every tall building in this country.” Shadow Housing Secretary @LucyMPowell says a “laissez-faire” approach to housing and building regulation over the last few years has catalysed the safety crisis #Newsnight

I haven’t really pushed the argument about energy suppliers and their motivation for supporting a mass heat pump roll out. @DaleVince has given pause for thought.

The Conservatives & their Reform pals will decry this progress. While they moan, @wminsterlabour is delivering. 2,000+ retrofitted homes, helping residents with the cost of living. Turns out that warming homes is far more effective than blowing hot air. westminster.gov.uk/news/westminst…
