@FutureConfirmed @day9tv I started running @pingplotter's free version, and it is absolutely amazing at showing exactly what the issue is and where it's occurring. It runs a constant plot of 0.5-second interval traceroutes, you can see every hop causing problems.

Spectrum support has determined that the node I connect to is definitively the issue -- it's overcongested so I am completely screwed for streaming until that's repaired. Could be a couple of weeks. He said he'll get back to me with an actual estimate on Friday! :[ Sucks man.
