I just found you here on X. And I’m glad that I did. I’m a retired career prosecutor and I’ve prosecuted cases in New Jersey and then in north Georgia where I’m now retired. I began my career studying criminal justice in college in New Jersey, where I’m from, in the late 1970s. I worked in my local county prosecutor’s office and then went to law school to become a prosecutor specifically. I am sickened beyond belief by these activist, leftist judges. I have appeared before liberal Democrat judges before, but never like these judges today. And today’s prosecutors, in large part, make me ill. I don’t think that if I went back to work I would last more than a few days in any of these leftist, corrupt prosecutor’s offices. They would can me likely the first time I questioned why we weren’t prosecuting a certain defendant. Or, I would leave voluntarily once I realized that they weren’t interested in prosecuting criminals or protecting the public. That’s their damn job!

There is a National 68% leniency rate for 3rd offender in felony cases. That is the guide post. Culture is only relevant if the masses believe in it... It only remains dominant if there is a collective will to enforce it. When a society loses that will, (We are here now) laws degrade into nothing more than temporary preferences. That is how you end up with theft effectively legalized, and violent criminals—rapists, murderers—spared from accountability. The Constitution is dead. We now live in a multicultural jungle republic and we are letting it get worse every day.

What is the real lesson of Shiloh Hendrix? Simple. No matter what the laws says, it is written on paper. Paper cannot force compliance. The actual power lies not with what the law says, or who writes it, but with whoever can and will enforce his interpretation. You elect the president? Meaningless. You elect congressmen and senators? Meaningless. You contact your representative and make your voice heard? Meaningless. Because, right now, in modern America, the executive and legislative branches always obey judicial rulings, and never impeach judges. This means that the only constraint on judicial power is imposed by the judiciary's own diminishing self-restraint. This is not democracy or republicanism. This is kritocracy, from the Greek: kritēs “judge” + kratos “power or rule”. It doesn't have to be this way. Judges, by themselves, are nothing but sedentary old people. They can enforce nothing. But they have built for themselves an image of being neutral and above politics, even as they engage in absurd mental gymnastics to make sweeping policy decisions that no one voted for, and to pursue nakedly ideological agendas. @nayibbukele warned us, many years ago, that an unrestrained judiciary can nullify any government action, regardless of its popular mandate. If we allow this to continue, the entirety of United States politics will gradually be reduced to nothing more than a struggle to pack the judiciary with cronies. It doesn't have to be this way. By the law, judges serve "during good behavior". All we need do is decide that wild, nakedly partisan reinterpretations of literal text are not good behavior.

Only a fool relies on the apparent plain English reading of a statute to decide what that statute means. Statutes mean nothing until they are interpreted and appleid by courts to real people in real cases. The Minnesota appellate courts and state supreme court invariably require MORE than mere words in order to find disorderly conduct based on "fighting words, some additional aggravating factor. That's why the phrase "fighting words" exists, because MORE THAN "words" is requird. Examples of such aggravating factors from ACTUAL MN APPELLATE CASE LAW: there were explicit threats of violence, there was a growing mob backing up the speaker, the mean words were ongoing for hours, the mean words were accompanied by a refusal to stop trespassing, etc. NOTHING LIKE ANY OF THAT OCCURRED WITH SHILOW HENDRIX.

State v. Haywood (Case: 55-CR-21-7426) The Crime: Near-fatal Christmas Eve stabbing in Rochester, leaving the victim with severe neck/abdomen wounds requiring life-saving surgery. The Sentence: Daily sentenced him to 5 years, but stayed 4.5 years. He got just 6 months in jail. six months in jail for savagely stabbing a person in the neck. He skipped out on bail btw...

We all know who is behind it. The why, however, is more important than The Who. It’s a concerted effort that has 3 main benefits for progressives: 1. Release criminals because of the Marxist equity ideology. 2. Purposely obfuscate the reality of who is committing crime to the benefit of anti nuclear family culture. 3. Further the incorrect notion that whites get preferential treatment because of systematic racism. They can’t change who is committing the crime so they change who you THINK is committing the crime. The problem for them is video and pattern recognition exist. We are finally starting to speak up.

Who is behind this? It does not just happen on its own & certainly is not a “software glitch”. Years ago I met a woman working for Delta Airlines who helped me w a delayed flight. She was African American - for the record - since we are talking about race here. When she found out I was a journalist, she told me something she was very concerned about which was that at her other job working for the DMV, she had personally witnessed them registering non-white people as white. I remember her describing how surreal it was , for example, “to have a Mexican man standing in front of you with a Mexican name who only spoke Spanish” & you have to register them as “white”. At the time it did not make much sense but I never forgot it. This woman said something was very wrong & she did not know what to do about it. Now we find it is widespread. To what end?

I prosecuted a guy who committed two burglaries in two days. Judge released him without bail. He proceeded to commit three more burglaries over the next three days. Judge then imposed a $1,000 bail. Fortunately he was dead broke and took a felony plea immediately. But, my State’s laws being what they are, he wasn’t sent to prison because it was his first felony conviction. He proceeded to immediately commit additional burglaries once released. The bright side is that now that I had him as a convicted felon, his next burglary carried a mandatory prison sentence. So much crime in this country is a direct result of the 2020s Floydian Reforms reducing bail and prison time.

A guy in prison for breaking into homes and assaulting women was released on July 7th and as soon as he got out he broke into homes and assaulted 2 more women. Great justice system we have where we constantly let predators out.

Judge Suspends Entire Sentence for Child-Basher! A Toledo Democrat judge just suspended the entire jail sentence for a man who strangled his child’s mother and repeatedly hit the child in the head with a mailbox!! Ronald Ensley, 31, attacked the mother while she held their child on July 11. Court records say he choked her until she struggled to breathe and left marks on her neck. In the process the child took multiple blows to the head from a mailbox mounted to the house. The savage was charged with strangulation and endangering children. He pleaded no contest to a reduced assault charge. Judge Joseph Howe handed down 180 days and then suspended every single day of it. Ensley walked free on one year of probation. Now he's out free to do it again. How much longer are we going to allow this? I post the picture of the Judge and not the criminal for a reason! He is just as guilty when the next person gets hurt or worse. You are on the list! #Benchreceipts

I kept hearing how racist Harris County, TX was in sentencing criminals. Since 2020 they have spent over 4 million figuring out how racist they are. They had the RAND Corporation Study (2025) to specifically to look at disparities in sentencing and incarceration. "Black individuals are more likely than White individuals to move deeper into the criminal justice system at every stage, including receiving harsher sentences, longer prison terms, and fewer plea reductions/dismissals." So I spent 3 Days in Harris County, TX's police records. 635,006 cases. It sure looks like they are racist to me...
