@ReevesMonty Mobile security trailers may move around occasionally, especially the ones you see in big-box store parking lots. Fixed cameras may also be moved, mislabeled, or missing. Please update the map online or in the app whenever you spot a change.

@therealDeFlock I've not been able to locate about 8 cameras that are on the map. 3 are supposed to be at a Lowes /Walmart.

It's nearly impossible to drive anywhere in Texas without a so-called automated license plate reader (ALPR) snapping a photo of you and your car. Over the last decade, police have been able to adopt ALPRs using an obscure state grant program.

@KyleHollSays Hey Kyle, People like you have built that map. One camera at a time. You can add new cameras on the website or using the DeFlock app located in your phone's app store. The app is super simple for adding new locations.

@therealDeFlock How do you source your information on camera locations. They just put up at least 6 in my area that are not on your map. Is there a reporting feature to crowd source information?

@Pablo21905494 We didn't leave you out. You can mark brands such as Motorola, Genetic, etc.

@therealDeFlock Sorry to burst your bubble, but every urban area in California has thousands of LPRs. Flock is useful in some areas, but they account for very little of the LPR data we look at.
