ORILE IGANMU, LAGOS: Last night in Orile Iganmu, the cult clash between Eiye (ACN) and Aye (NBM) turned de@dly again. Eiye struck first to retaliate the k**ling of their member, Tufe, who was k**led by Aye on Tuesday night. They k**led an Aye named Monday alias Pappy (left pic) at Church bus stop in Coker. Residents described Pappy as a calm barber who joined NBM less than 6 years ago, later became casted and took cultism personal. Sadly, he lost his life because of the same NBM. (Videos on TG). Aye retaliated that same night, k**ling an Eiye member named Kehinde alias Tiro (right pic) in Alagba. Tiro was a twin, a popular and hardworking generator repairman, and a father of two. While there are rumours of other incidents, Naija Confra only confirmed these two incidents last night. This morning, despite reports that community leaders were trying to broker peace, more k**lings were reported - Naija Confra already posted one case earlier today. This ongoing clash dates back to November last year during the Igunnuko festival incident, where an Eiye cultist known as Babalawo k**led Ayes for no reason, triggering the clash we see today. While we have repeatedly called out violent names like Babalawo (Eiye), Small Messi (Aye), it is important to mention another Eiye cultist named Eniba, a dangerous cultists who promotes violence. Eniba invited Babalawo to that Igunnuko festival where Babalawo k**led Ayes unprovoked. Sadly, those doing the k**ling today are the same names we have mentioned in the past. Naija Confra is calling on the Governor of Edo State and the Edo State Police to thoroughly investigate the k**ling of Courage, a Maphite (GCAI) member described by many as peaceful. While the task force claimed it was linked to revenue collection, our findings strongly disagree. Our investigation indicates that Aye (NBM) reopened a 3-year-old conflict. Courage was k**led because of Eddie Bongo, an Aye k**led 3 years ago by Maphite at Central Road, and Aye members directly referenced that past incident during our investigations. This was not the first time Aye had tried to k**l Courage. The task force described Amen’s k**ling as revenue collection, but Naija Confra’s findings show it was a retaliatory cult attack by Maphite after the k**ling of Courage. Following Amen’s de@th, more cult-related attacks occurred, none linked to revenue issues. The pattern, timing, and testimonies all point to cult rivalry, not revenue collection disputes. The task force was absolutely WRONG. Naija Confra is calling for justice for Courage’s family so they can know the true cause of his de@th. We maintain that we have direct access to members across different groups, giving us first-hand information that does not align with the task force’s explanation. We are urging authorities to publicly present those the task force claim to have arrested so their testimonies can be heard. Let it not be that some cultists within the task force are covering up for their groups or trying to dilute reports to protect them from government pvnishment. Let it not be that they are lazy to carry out real investigation and just hear from what anyone tells them. Let it not be that some are trying to make the state look good at the expense of public safety, even when they know the truth. OTUOKE, BAYELSA: Last night, the NBM (Aye) cult group k!lled a DNKI (Vikings) member named Maro (pictured), in Otuoke. Maro was described as an internet businessman who owned a laundry shop, and focused mainly on money and was not fully active in Vikings. He was reportedly k!lled in front of his laundry shop after coming down from his car. (Videos on TG). There have been ongoing cult clashes in Otuoke involving Aye vs Vikings, with another separate incident involving Aye vs Buccaneers, which Naija Confra earlier reported few weeks ago. The Aye vs Vikings clash has nothing to do with the NDU, Amassoma clash between the same groups as the Otuoke clash has been going on even before the Amassoma clash started. Last night’s k!ll!ng of Maro is believed to be a retaliation for an earlier att@ck on an Aye by Vikings last week. Vikings claim an Aye butch£r di£d earlier, but Aye insist no one has di£d in the clash, only serious injuri£s, stating that Maro’s de@th is the first de@th in the Otuoke clash.
