@IBX I’ve called at least a dozen times since you guys messed up my insurance and wrote that I have secondary insurance and then denied all claims for the last year. Every time I call I’m told it will be fixed. I then get providers calling saying it is not fixed and letters

@IBX confirmed coverage for a benefit. I have had to jump through hoops to get the proper forms. The claim was sent months ago & I keep getting a run around on it being processed. No one is able to help & we get different information with every person we talk to? Who can help??

@AHS_Warranty I’ve had a workorder open since the middle of June for my parents who are both over 75. You called for a 2nd opinion and they stated it’s not an existing condition but now the note says it is? Are you just trying to deny coverage and take advantage of seniors?????

@AHS_Warranty I called last week 4 the hvac @ my parents house. Both in their late 70s.The temps r increasing to 92.I got a call finally back 2day stating they can schedule next Monday.This is unacceptable! Your rep told me you can’t expedite Unless temp is over 105. Ridiculous

Some background for folks- I had a trip credit that expired on 4/14 shown in their app. When I went to book my trip for our family it all the sudden disappeared. Talked to their agents (incl sup)for 2 hours & they confirmed it was 4/14 & didn’t understand why I couldnt see it!

@AmericanAir here is your supervisor validating the expiration date (after the rep before also did the same)! How can you state that it’s different in what you see when your reps (multiple) all saw 4/14/23. Anyone going to fix this @AmericanAir #tripcredit.
