From June 3 to June 7, the updated #EscapefromTarkov Streamer Challenge returns. Streamers will face five days of intense competition and unique daily tasks, while viewers can enjoy live broadcasts and classic Twitch Drops for supporting their favorite creators. Progress and leaderboard will be available on the official website. This time, we want to support smaller channels and the new wave of creators helping keep the community active and diverse. Applications are open to streamers averaging between 25 and 450 viewers. If you have been actively streaming Escape from Tarkov over the past 60 days on any platform (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), this is your chance to prove yourself. Applications are open until June 1 at: streamer.challenge@tarkov.com (Please include your nickname and a link to your streaming channel in the email) The winner will receive a unique in-game item created together with the Battlestate Games team, while all finalists will earn valuable in-game rewards. We have started the installation of update 1.0.4.9 for #EscapefromTarkov. The installation will take between 4 and 6 hours, but may be extended if required. The game will be unavailable during this time. Starting today, Escape from Tarkov editions receive new bonuses in addition to what they previously provided. Your active edition will increase the experience gain in raid: ● Left Behind Edition - 7% XP bonus ● Prepare for Escape Edition - 9% XP bonus ● Edge of Darkness Limited Edition - 12% XP bonus ● The Unheard Edition - 20% XP bonus, applied to all group members Group bonus does not stack with other bonuses or with itself. For example, if players with Prepare for Escape and The Unheard Edition play together, each will receive 20% more XP. Same goes for a group of multiple The Unheard Edition players. Apart from that, owners of The Unheard Edition now have an additional opportunity for customization - it now allows using clothing regardless of faction. This feature applies to all tactical clothing, including items from BattlePass and Tactical Maps from EFT: Arena. These additions will make upgrades more valuable without affecting gameplay during the raid in any way. New bonuses are also available to players who already own the upgraded editions.

The in-game event "Full Speed Ahead" is now live in #EscapefromTarkov. Unusual Rogue activity has been detected along the coastline. Previously, they rarely left their camp at the water treatment plant, but now they appear to be conducting a full-scale reconnaissance operation. Peacekeeper is concerned about this development and wants to find out what they are searching for. The event will last until May 21. It is available in both PvP and PvE Zone. You can earn a unique achievement by completing the task line.

We have installed a technical update for #EscapefromTarkov. The game will not be stopped, however the raid time on servers undergoing the updates may be reduced to 10 minutes. The number of available spots on the Zubr at the Terminal has been adjusted: ● If there are 3 PMCs on the map, 3 spots will be available for extraction. ● If there are 4 PMCs — 3 to 4 spots. ● If there are 5 PMCs — 4 to 5 spots. Added an ability to transit as a group to Terminal location.
