There are 8 facilities across the country that will perform a LTA, and access to it is HIGHLY restricted and regulated. No woman is walking into one of these facilities at 39 weeks pregnant and requesting an elective abortion because they no longer want to be pregnant. @luxemiaa Tips are usually a percentage of the bill, not the type of food. So even if the service is the same, a $50 lobster ends up with a higher tip than a $15 burger. It’s about the total bill, not the effort per dish.
