Alpha Futures and Tradovate have both put out public statements about the end of their partnership. They contradict each other on the balance, the reason, the timeline, and who pulled Tradovate first. What both sides confirm: - the agreement is terminating, and Alpha is moving existing Tradovate users to AlphaTrader this week. - Tradovate says traders who want to stay on Tradovate can do so at another firm. Traders are reporting their pending Alpha Futures payouts now show as "Voided" on the dashboard. Others sitting in "approved for pay" still haven't been paid. On July 10th, Alpha support told one of them the funds were coming and not to worry. Two days later Alpha announced the plan was closing and pending payouts wouldn't be honored. Alpha said active Premium accounts would be refunded automatically, no ticket needed. So far nobody has reported receiving a refund. We will update once we hear back if anyone got a refund.

@PipBack_com Here is an email I received congratulating me on my payout from July 9th. It was approved for payment, but it has now been voided in my dashboard.

For those who have an active Tradovate account, you will be migrated to Alpha Trader this week. For context, this is the same platform which has had documented issues consecutively for nearly 2 months.

Alpha Futures has confirmed it is discontinuing its Premium Plan less than 2.5 months after launch. The firm says the plan paid out $25M+ during that time, accounting for over 25% of Alpha's $100M+ total payouts. Despite retroactively reducing payout caps on June 21st, Alpha says the plan will be closed and all active Premium Accounts will be refunded. Based on the firm's wording, our interpretation is that pending or unpaid Premium Plan payouts will not be honoured. We will update if Alpha provides any further clarification The firm also confirmed its partnership with Ninjatrader (Tradovate) has ended.

Alpha Futures appears to have removed the option to purchase Tradovate accounts and the Premium Plan from checkout. Support initially suggested it was a temporary issue. Traders then speculated they were dropped by Tradovate for making their own platform. The COO (Ben) has since stated there's "more to it" and indicated Tradovate will no longer be offered, with an announcement to clarify matters expected shortly.

Just in: @fnfutures launched new Rapid plan. Two payout paths, 5 payouts per account, and a per-payout cap (both Daily & Pro): - $800 on the 25K - $1,200 on the 50K - $2,500 on the 100K Five payouts times the cap is the total the account pays out over its life. On the 25K, that's a $4,000 payout ceiling. Rapid Daily pays daily, no consistency rule. Rapid Pro pays every 3 days with a 40% consistency rule. Lucid proactively reset all account passwords after security incidents at other firms. Use 'Forgot password' to get back in, and don't reuse passwords across prop firms.

A funded trader requested his payout from Alpha Futures 12 days ago, and after opening 23 support tickets he still hasn't been paid. Every method he tried ran past Alpha's published windows, and switching didn't help. Support kept giving the same reason: exceptionally high volume of requests this month. Alpha had a real excuse for part of it. Rise, one of their payment providers, was genuinely down for three days in June, but that doesn't cover Wise or ACH, which were working fine. Update: @Tradeify is moving daily liquidation earlier, from 4:59 PM EST to 4:45 PM EST, effective Monday, July 13th. Their stated reason: end-of-day reporting has gotten heavier, and NinjaTrader runs maintenance in the 5-6 PM EST window. What it means for you: your trading day ends earlier, and any position still open at 4:45 PM EST gets liquidated. Full breakdown below.
