@nbinkholder @PipBack_com Same happened to me.. Ive got mails like your and even asked several days later and then on the 9th day, voided.

Traders are reporting their pending Alpha Futures payouts now show as "Voided" on the dashboard. Others sitting in "approved for pay" still haven't been paid. On July 10th, Alpha support told one of them the funds were coming and not to worry. Two days later Alpha announced the plan was closing and pending payouts wouldn't be honored. Alpha said active Premium accounts would be refunded automatically, no ticket needed. So far nobody has reported receiving a refund. We will update once we hear back if anyone got a refund.

I am more than disappointed in @Alpha_Futures_ as much as everyone else is. First, we had payout delays where they said everything was okay and everyone would get paid. My premium account has been closed, and a $3,000 payout has been voided. #alphafutures
