I am the mother of an adult disabled daughter who was told she was not entitled to same-sex intimate care, only same 'gender' care. My daughter was further warned that if she refused to let a 'transw***' touch her body, she could lose her entire package of two, live-in carers. I too can't use a public loo without trepidation, after having been confronted in a pub toilet by a 6ft plus transvestite man screaming, "I am a woman", at me. (He then went on to glass a waitress for throwing him out). And when I work out, I can't use the toilets or changing rooms (here's looking at you @TheGymGroup), because there may be a TTP lurking in there.
