After working on this project daily for the past 15 months, PropsMadness is now officially exiting beta! 👊 For people that don't know, PropsMadness is a team of 7 people: Together with my dear friend and co-founder, who is also a data scientist, we have 2 backend developers, a frontend developer, a UX designer, and a social media moderator. UPDATE on my Home run betting, tracked by @betstamp Continued winning at the same rate, now a total of 300 bets (tracked last 181) with a 10% ROI only vs Fanduel, DK, Pinn. I'm just playing around with @propsmadness data for an hour or 2 every day, never watched an MLB game or made a bet prior to May 2026. Mostly looking at the matchups, then checking closing lines in similar matchup/conditions, and taking the ones that look off. Still a pretty small sample size for a high-variance market like Home runs, but lines still move in my direction on like 80%+ of bets, and overall getting positive CLV (like 2-3%)

Norway just scored one of the best knockout goals ever and no one really celebrated because of VAR. Everyone thought it would be taken off by foul on Kane at midfield prior to it and it stole the joy out of an amazing moment. Such a shame.

Cannot believe the France vs Spain semifinal is 3pm on a Tuesday. A weekday afternoon. North America is hosting this World Cup. Put the final at 3pm Saturday... fine... it's the weekend. But scheduling a semi at 3pm on a workday to cater to Europe while North Americans get shafted is a joke. And before anyone says a lot of the tournament games have been in the afternoon, that is not the point. This is a HUGE semifinal. When you host, the marquee games go in your prime time. That is how the Olympics work, that is how past World Cups have worked. The host market gets the showcase window. North America is hosting and got skipped for a weekday matinee. Since the NBA season was winding down, I wanted to try something new, so I decided to tackle Home runs. ⚾️ Started in April, took it seriously in May, and was winning, so decided to track in June. Small sample size, but 80%+ of the bets move my way with overall positive CLV and 10% ROI (was like 9% in May as well). All the research done exclusively with @propsmadness , literally didnt use a single other source/tool. Could still be just luck, as the total sample size is around 250 bets, but 80% moved my way, and the total CLV is positive. Tracked by @betstamp . We'll see how it goes over the rest of the season.

I m using it for MLB every day and think its great, some improvements are coming that will help with improve thr research experience and make it much faster to go through slate. Team vs pitch type is available in the matchup analyzer, I think we already talked about this and Ive explained all? We had a trial for over a year and then decided to go away from it as it caused so many issues and things are better now. "Trying to get questions answered is pretty hard." What do you mean by this? IMO, we are very responsive to everything, but open to hearing where we can improve ofc. We are also a very small team and we are adding stuff and improving the app every single day, but yeah we should definitely improve on the marketing side and getting the word out, though the entire team for the year one was basically data scientists and engineers working on creating a great product 😅

@PipsNBA Propsmadness needs a trial. I'd be interested in switching from propfinder but trying to get questions answered is pretty hard. It's not like yall are being blown up with engagement, I'd think trying to bring new baseball people to the platform would be a priority.

We ran some numbers on the top 50 power hitters in MLB and they are insane! Avg HR prop odds last month: +460 Avg HR prop odds last 10 days: +415 Meanwhile, over that same stretch: Home runs per game: DOWN (2.55 → 2.31) Park conditions for hitting: WORSE Fewer home runs. Worse conditions. And sportsbooks quietly cut your payout anyway. Oh, and there's no "NO" side. You can only bet YES on HR props. So they just pay you less. Purely predatory on recreational bettors who don't track this stuff. The biggest ones, FanDuel and DraftKings, are leading the way.

B. Rice +265 HR but avg odds last 10: +340 B. Lowe +285, avg L10: +370 D. Dingler +410, avg L10: +460 J. Walker +330, avg L10: +400 Y. Alvarez +225, avg L10: +290 C. Walker +320, avg L10: +400 And these are not some crazy good conditions to cause this, just odds dropping 60-70 cents on most HR players. Also, been tracking our daily targets on @betstamp over the last 3 weeks, and they are doing great, but the last 2 days have been tough to find ANY decent spots considering the sudden odds drop.
