@NintyPrime Same here! I used to rarely play video games, but I was traveling a lot for work, so a friend insisted I get a Switch. I then was able to play on my long flights and while in hotels. Changed everything for me. Since then I've been able to play nearly every day

One week until Switch 2 is in everyone who pre-ordered and/or got lucky to get one in store hands. As I think about this occasion given I probably don’t have a whole lot of Nintendo console launches left in my life as generations get longer, it makes me really reflect and appreciate the original Nintendo Switch. I’ve always been a gamer and played on multiple platforms. I maybe even pc game especially the last year more than I play anything else. But Switch reignited my passion for gaming. I’ll probably always game, but back in 2016 I could safely call myself a casual gamer. It became something I touched once a month. Then switch happened. I normally wasn’t a huge fan of handheld gaming, but as a parent it allowed me to find pockets of time to game I previously just glanced at my phone. And game with what felt like very little compromise compared to when I put the system on my tv. That was the key. It’s a hybrid. As we enter a new generation, I’m stupidly excited to continue that journey.
