Do you know what a "weiner night" is? Probably not, because my wife and I invented it during a 2023 blizzard in Provo, UT. We lock our phones away, turn the TV off... Each grab a Glizzy, and talk. That's it, we simply talk and enjoy each other's presence. We live together, but it's easy to miss out on "quality time". What do you think? Do you have other methods for enjoying quality time with your partner?

Brent @FZDevelop and I have been working on gaining approvals from the adjoining land owners since January for a city required easement. The final party said yes on Friday! St. George let’s go on this new @Starbucks + 1-2 tenant building. Who would you put in as co-tenant(s)?
