I actually think V was weaker than the beginning of the game. The character still had some implants. Post PL's cure ending V had no implants at all. V was just normal. Yeah, id imagine V would get back into some shape but still couldn't even begin to go up against anyone with implants. At the very least maybe V could make a living as a Fixer.

Cyberpunk 2077 is one of my favorite games ever and its likely that the sequel will end up dethroning it and be even better. Here’s every single thing we know about Cyberpunk 2: - Cyberpunk 2 will have a new city, inspired by a "Chicago gone wrong" and it is expected that Night City is also making a return as well. - Cyberpunk 2 will not release before 2028 - 135 Employees are now working on Cyberpunk 2 full-time - Cyberpunk 2 is a joint project between CDPR's Poland and Boston teams, but the new Boston team is leading it - CDPR Boston expected to massively ramp up hiring in 2026-2027 - Cyberpunk 2 development team is expected to scale up massively by the end of 2027, with about 300-400 employees across Poland and Boston - Cyberpunk 2077 has now sold 35 Million copies I really am insanely hyped for this game, its likely still many years away, possibly 2030, and it is being mainly developed by a new Boston branch of CDPR, so that also adds time to development. But when it drops, its going to be a generational title!

@Jamie4599942812 @SatikVFX_ @SynthPotato Yeah, ive seen all the endings but it's possible the new game takes place before the events of 2077. 🤔 I honestly don't expect us to be playing as V again for sure even if the casino heist ending or the nomad ending are chosen as the Canon ending to the game.

@AlbanJong @SynthPotato As long as they don't rush to get it out it should be fine. Plus, I think they've ditched their proprietary engine and they're using Unreal 5. A lot of the tech issues resided in their in house engine.
