Mechanical engineer, Matt Loesing, Operations Manager of our St. Louis, Missouri production center, was raised on a farm in Elsberry, Missouri. After 40+ years studying high-yield corn, Dr. Fred Below, University of Illinois Professor of Crop Sciences, says one thing is still true: #nitrogen drives #yield. But traditional #fertilizer isn’t always efficient. Weather, timing, and loss risk can leave yield potential on the table. Then and Now: Team Member Spotlight Pivot Bio Agronomist Hailey Kimmelshue had an early start in agriculture, which has been a constant in her life from an early age. Growing up involved in 4-H and FFA, she developed a strong foundation and appreciation for the industry, spending countless hours working in her high school’s greenhouse and helping with its annual plant sale.
