NEVER use ChatGPT to script your videos They sound very robotic, aren't engaging, and the word counts are consistently wrong A while ago I actually tested 5 different AI tools to see which one could write the best YouTube scripts (Grok, Claude, ChatGPT, Subscribr, and TubeGen) Every single test I ran, TubeGen was the best It's very good at replicated competitor channels script styles I leave the video linked below were you can see the full results (make sure to bookmark it for later)

been in the trenches for the past 2 months after losing >70% of my revenue from demonetizations in jan/feb decided to pivot strategy and enter a brand new format in completely different niches than what i've been doing since Q3 last year spent the first weeks of February building the tools for it and launched around 15 channels over the month fast forward to now, monetized a bunch of them in the past 2 weeks and printing again three things i want to share that helped me bounce back quick: - learned to use claude code. one of the highest ROI thing you can do rn, learn the basics and the use cases will come. i'll post some sauce soon on how i use it to launch channels - learning from my mistakes - sounds obvious but after getting hit by demonetizations, i didn't just go blindly for the same format or niche, i took some time to spot the new opportunities on the market, built a quality product for them then went all in with volume. can't remember who said this first, but with most YTA channels, quality is a one-time moat - it takes roughly the same effort to produce 100 videos at 5/10 quality as it does to produce 100 at 9/10, so make sure you're doing the latter - if you're actually building channels (and not selling a course, we've got enough of those) post about it on X. the space is quiet rn and it's a great time to make a name for yourself. this account has opened doors for me that i wouldn't have known even existed otherwise and is part of the reason i was able to get back on my feet quick

Alexandru made $105,550 in a single month from AI Emojis. $99.4K from App Store. $6.1K from web. Not a B2B enterprise play. Not a SaaS with ARR metrics. A fun consumer app that lets you generate emojis with AI. Sometimes the simplest ideas print the most money.

Stop using Claude like a basic chatbot. Here's how to turn it into a Shorts ideation assistant: Create a custom JSON profile (one-time 20 min setup): 1. Feed it your channel data - Top 10 videos (what worked) - Bottom 10 videos (what flopped) - Competitor outliers from last 60 days 2. Set the persona "You're an expert at Shorts ideation for [niche]. Analyze performance patterns. Generate video ideas matching proven formats." 3. Define output structure - Format: bullet lists with topic + proof of concept + angles - Length: 20 ideas per prompt - Filter: only ideas similar to 1M+ view videos Now instead of generic ideas, you'll get niche specific bangers that actually work. You can do this in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for free. Just tell the AI: "Create a custom JSON profile for a (whatever you need) in [your niche]" Most creators never customize their A.I and wonder why output is useless.

Youtube just RUINED 70+ lives, thread. If you see this @TeamYouTube , please read. This is the URL of the channel it all started with: youtube.com/channel/UCdNXz… For the past few months I’ve been building a really high quality gaming channel called Syrric, documentary videos to fall asleep to, everything human made, from scripts, thumbnails, editing. In this process, I’ve hired over 70+ people that joined my team, and since the content was absolutely loved by viewers, we immediately blew up on all channels. This morning I woke up to an email… one of my channels was deleted for spam and deceptive practices. I applied for review, and got rejected right away. I messaged youtube support through youtube studio, they told me there’s nothing they can do. Then it got worse. Youtube started deleting more of my channels, and suddenly, people who rely on this to provide for their families… everything’s just gone. Honestly? I LOVE youtube. I LOVE games. and I LOVE changing people’s lives and actually make a difference. We strongly believe this was a mistake. None of our content was automated, spam, or deceptive. Everything was created by real people, and here’s a real proof of everything. 1/4

I wrote, directed and produced the first official AI music video for @tether This took over 1,000 generations across 5 pipeline runs, only 90 shots made the final cut... We're giving everything away for free: > Full production breakdown PDF > All 600+ generated shots viewable > Every single prompt we used RT + reply "STARK" to get access (must be following so I can DM)

Well, now you know what a CMS is. Let's talk about how a CMS can actually help An Affiliate CMS is usually not helpful if you're a faceless YouTube creator. What you need instead is a Managed CMS Perks of a Managed CMS (O&O, Own & Operated) - High trust score - Protection from being demonetized or terminated (if you post risky content, you're still not safe if a reviewer manually checks your channel, unless you're under a very big company's O&O CMS) - Pushed into the algorithm faster - Better ranking in search - Instant monetization (only available with some CMS) - Content ID & geo-blocking (claim revenue from stolen videos and block low-RPM countries) - Verified badge (regardless of having 100K subscribers) and other features Perks of an Affiliate CMS (MCN, Multi-Channel Network) - Good trust score (not higher than an O&O CMS) - Better ranking in search (not always) - Better ad placement (depending on the deal the MCN has with Google) - Content ID & geo-blocking (claim revenue from stolen videos and block low-RPM countries) - Faster recovery for hacked or falsely terminated channels (hacked channel recovery is usually faster, but if the channel is falsely terminated, the MCN can't always help. However, they can place your case directly in front of YouTube) - Many MCNs like Mediacube and AIR Tech offer strategy advice, thumbnail help, and analytics guidance, and can also help with other platforms - Brand and sponsor opportunities An Affiliate CMS doesn't actually have a lot of perks to offer faceless creators. That's why most faceless creators go with a Managed CMS. MCNs usually have unlimited invites, while a Managed CMS typically has around 20 invites per year (though if you negotiate with YouTube, you can sometimes get more) A Managed CMS can create new channels directly from the CMS, but an Affiliate CMS cannot. The idea behind an Affiliate CMS is to work with existing creators and build a network, not create new channels However, an MCN always has a Managed CMS under its umbrella, and you can build a relationship with an MCN to eventually join their O&O CMS If you're searching for Managed CMSs and MCNs, check the YouTube CSD in the comments. I'll add more details later on. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments!

What’s a YT CMS, and how can you get one? (Bookmark this!) A CMS (Content Management System) lets rights holders manage their copyrights on YT. With a CMS, you can monetize, block, or track videos that use your content. For example, if someone uploads a video containing your content, Content ID detects it and automatically places a claim. The revenue from that video then goes to your CMS. If the uploader’s channel isn’t monetized, the video will start monetizing through your CMS, and the revenue will only appear there. That’s just a glimpse, there’s a lot more to it than I can fit into one tweet. There are three main ways to get a CMS from YT: Apply through the official form (this is how I got my CMS, form link in comments) Contact YT live chat (you’ll waste your time) Reach out to a Partner Operations Manager (impossible), but they’re the only type of Partner Manager who can actually grant CMS. They’re not publicly available, and most people don’t even know they exist. Many people believe that having hundreds of thousands in revenue guarantees CMS approval. However, YouTube doesn’t care about revenue, what truly matters is how effectively a CMS can serve your company and protect your copyrighted materials. Hope this helps! If you have any questions about CMS, feel free to ask, and I’ll do my best to answer if I can Good luck!
