The latest XP update is now live on the Portal. NFT Boosts have been applied to last week’s top collections. How did you do?

Some clarification on how the NFT boosts system will work: - Every week we will run a query of the top NFT collections - This will give us 5 collections that we will give a boost to in the FOLLOWING week. That means this week will not give you a boost, but we will show which collections will give a boost for next week. - These collections will be ranked 1-5 based on the onchain metrics we're looking at, the higher the ranking the higher the boost - Users will receive the highest boost they're eligible for, they will not get stacked boosts - Users must own the NFT at the time we query the top collections AND at the time XP is distributed. They cannot simply buy after the top collections are announced. - Everything we're querying for is based off of an internal Dune dashboard that looks primarily at onchain data, so please don't DM me asking why [insert NFT you hold] wasn't eligible. - This system is dynamic and is subject to change based on the feedback we receive

Quick breakdown of how the NFT boost system is going to work👇🏽: Every week, Abstract checks the top NFT collections based on onchain activity. Those collections don’t get boosts immediately they get it the following week, so you can see which ones are eligible ahead of time. They’re ranked 1–5, and the higher the rank, the higher the XP boost. You only get one boost (your highest), it doesn’t stack. Also important you need to be holding the NFT when they take the snapshot AND when XP is distributed, so you can’t just ape after it’s announced. Everything is based on real onchain data, so it’s not random. Always remember the system is dynamic too, so expect changes as things evolve.
