The last major controversy in TCS involved high-ranking officials taking bribes to award recruitment contracts to vendors. The current scandal is worse. Systemic sexual harassment, abuse and conversion attempts of Hindu women by Muslim men, a Muslim HR woman not acting on the complaints, and a lack of POSH systems in a publicly listed company. There should be a severe shareholder backlash.
