Every time I have to work/cover a Thursday night, we get a great event turn out and I’m missing all my FGC friends/can’t run the brackets. Ughh.

advocate for literally anything other than my own clawing at the wall for survival. And now that I’m symptomatic again, not to mention just, horrendously busy for the next week and a half, I want to actually try and be the advocate I’ve been to IAPMD for years now when I can.

While it would normally end today, IAPMD Fundraising Month is going through the end of May. Why? Because April fucking sucked. Not because of y’all (we’re halfway to goal!) but because of everything that happened to beat the joy out of me and make me unable to celebrate or

not only that, but everybody else on my team ALSO prefers working with the overhead lights off so no one’s getting a fluorescent migraine? And that my office cube actually has high walls on the door? y’all.

you mean, you’re letting me walk out of the office 10 minutes before 5 PM and no one really gives a shit? And that I don’t owe a timesheet accounting for every 15 minute block of my day? Or a broken down report of my work from home activities at the end of the day in an email??

Insomnia got the best of me last night. Hoping a nap after work will give me the strength for the High Holidaze. I’m gonna do my best, y’all. It’s all I can do. Hopefully we’ll have a little fun tonight. 🍃

Well, this sucks. I got myself all ready to stream and the minute I went to go Live, i just...can't do it. I can't. The idea of being on and playing something new and trying to be engaging...it feels impossible. We'll try again tomorrow for the High Holidaze.

I just need everybody to know that it sucks to be the person responsible for arranging all of your loved one’s aftercare plans. But on the plus, I get to choose the tackiest urn imaginable for my favorite tacky woman.

My mom passed today at 4:05PM. I held her hand through the end. She waited until I left the room, but jokes on her, my partner held vigil while I took some much needed time outside. I’m shattered, but relieved. No more pain for her.
