Some of these projects did awesome things while others delivered relatively little and yet still wrote themselves into Web3 history books off the back of active communities - engaging in news, events, and social media posting. We have an army of over 2,800 Goon holders, with (currently) only a small percentage engaging in the daily fight and grind for exposure and attention. Re-activating Goon holders is needed now - more than ever - because we have everything else we need. If you want the value of your Goon NFTs to reflect their true worth, it's time to join the fight. And you will be rewarded. Simply put: GOB needs you! We need NFT holders who engage genuinely because they enjoy being a part of the project, whether that's on socials or by playing the game. We also need those who build tools and resources to enhance the experience for other members. Being in the community should transcend merely holding a token. That's why GOB is undergoing a big change for Goon NFTs ownership - a shift from PASSIVE rewards to ACTIVE rewards. This is how we grow out of the echo chamber and make it to the big leagues. Those who play the game or build community tools or engage genuinely on socials will be rewarded. Passive holders who do none of that can still take advantage of this revolution indirectly, with demand for the Goon NFTs inevitably rising.
