After 2 years I can look anybody in the face and know my foundation is stronger than theirs. NOT COMPLETE! But definitely way stronger. It was a pain in the ass. MILLIONS of words written. I was like a sponge that soaked up anything in my fucking way.

So that’s what I did. I literally went into straight beast mode and gathered as much information about reality as humanly possible so I understood the ground beneath my feet. I updated my mental model of reality with the best concurrent, factual information there is out there.

Because what evolution does is it makes you feel really stupid. Like how could I have not seen that this entire time I was alive… how could I have not seen that I was an animal… It completely makes you lose your sense of reality and you have to start over again.

This August will be 2 years since Ive learned about the scientific theory of evolution. I’ve done a lot of hard things in my 30 years alive. Lost money, women, friends, fights, dreams, etc… Learning Evolution is up there as one of the top 5 hardest things I’ve ever done.
