@Bose I had bought the bose earbuds in august, but exchanged it once in august itself cause the left side needed to be fixed. GAve the earphones again for exchange in Jan, still, I am waiting to receive my earphones to date. Whenever I CALL the service centre, i get a reply that

Don't waste your time or your money on these @bose earbuds. Not sure what is worse the product or the customer support.
