Did you get any IPO allotment recently?

Switching on to another brand after all this!!! Reminding the service centres every other day about the product and its shipment, I mean I have other things to!! very disheartened with the service and the customer support, which to be honest is of no use

i will receive in the next two weeks . fed up with the services that bose caters!!! the worst till date. I would never recommend anyone to buy bose products. ToO expensive with the worst customer support. Has anyone faced the same issue? Does anyone know the process of refund?

@Bose I had bought the bose earbuds in august, but exchanged it once in august itself cause the left side needed to be fixed. GAve the earphones again for exchange in Jan, still, I am waiting to receive my earphones to date. Whenever I CALL the service centre, i get a reply that

Don't waste your time or your money on these @bose earbuds. Not sure what is worse the product or the customer support.
