End of week options recap $TSLA Weekly= $2,500 Ytd= $435,000 I’ve been patient — maybe even a bit too conservative — but I’m happy with how I handled this week. I still have plenty of upside exposure and a solid hedge in place. Could I have timed things better? Sure. But here we are. Most importantly, I’m sleeping well at night. That tells me everything I need to know. Only one small trade: flipped some short put leaps Wednesday morning on the gap up for a quick win after opening them around 396 Tuesday. I don’t like leaving that 404 gap open. I had planned to close more calls that day but nothing triggered. Now I’m waiting for the 404 fill before adding any new short puts. Current plan: • Let the 390s expire ITM (final payment toward the catamaran) • Manage the 400 June calls out to July for 10-20 points of credit • Not being aggressive while the 404 and 418 gaps remain open Steady and controlled.

@RentYourStocks Cool. I did similar over 10 months in 0.3 -0.4 mg of sema. I have 1.5 vials of it left from a compounding pharmacy. Went from 22-15%… 0.3 mg is a tiny dose of sema btw, it’s basically the second titration. I only did 0.4 mg for a month. I have kinda plateaued.

Your response to the drug is going to be wildly different if you’re already relatively lean, insulin sensitive, and lifting heavy. The marginal benefit of cranking doses into the stratosphere diminishes fast once you’re not starting from severe obesity. The side effect risk? It doesn’t diminish it often goes the other way. Just because a titration schedule exists doesn’t mean you’re obligated to follow it all the way to the top like a video game difficulty slider. Common sense still applies: •Start low, titrate slow •Listen to your body (appetite, energy, sleep, digestion, HR) •If you’re already leaning out nicely at 1-3.5mg… why chase 4-8mg or even 12-15mg just because some trial on 300+ lb patients went there? •Muscle preservation, training performance, and long-term metabolic health matter more than squeezing out every last pound of fat loss in 12 weeks. The fitness community loves to “optimize” everything into the ground. Sometimes the smartest optimization is… not doing the maximum tolerated dose just because a paper said so. This isn’t anti-Reta. This is pro-critical thinking. The drug is incredibly powerful. Respect it. Don’t treat it like a peptide buffet where more = always better. Your results at 10-12% body fat on maintenance calories + heavy lifting will not mirror a 400 lb patient on a 1500 calorie deficit.
