I've been selling calls and puts for my main source income for the past 4 years now and am usually able to generate anywhere from $4-9k per week. Here are my top 3 tips for selling options 👇🏼

$NVDA was on its way to 250+ before it reports earnings Trump realized that he had not had time to buy shares yet so he had to give us a little red this morning Don’t worry guys he’s gonna give us a headline later today and then go on the news network and say to buy an Nvidia GPU

@AdamJanko6 Agree i sold a shit ton of puts on Tuesday or whatever that red day was this week and closed them the next day for good profits

@optionscjp I like the occasional red day. Great for selling puts. That 13 day green streak for NASDAQ was surprisingly frustrating lol 😂

Looks like a pretty ugly open as nothing material came out of the China meeting and Trump is already on his way home Let’s see what news we get before market open! Not sure why all of the top CEO’s joined along, one would think Trump made some good deals while he was over there 🤣 but right now it looks like not The best thing we could see is a little rotation to broaden the market breadth after semis and memory have run so hard

@MikeJones8912 Lower delta give yourself some extra cushion, I’ve been closing a lot sooner lately especially with the volatility we’ve had, you can see a 50% gain option go red quick if you don’t lock it in

@optionscjp How do you manage CSP writing with the market at all-time highs? Do you lower your deltas go further out write less of them? Close them sooner? Thanks

@TommySoFL Depends on the play but i like that 60-80% profit range If its a slam dunk and I don’t see a reason pay the closing I’ll let it expire

@tenantfit I’m not huge on selling a ton of, covered calls on my holdings that I plan on holding for a long time I think if you can allocate a portion of them that you are okay to wheel then that’s fine Just don’t sell CC on all
