My thoughts on this. Danny is playing a risky game. It is a come and get my plea. This tells me there is no pressure agreement in place. No assurances. If a club comes in, the risk pays off.. But what if it doesn't? Can he come back to Wednesday after openly saying this and have a good relationship with the fans? Fyi - I have no issue with him having ambition and wanting to leave. It's the optics around it. For example, I'm defensive over TAA and the abuse he is getting. Because he's been respectful. I think it is disrespectful to publicly tout yourself whilst under contract at another club.
