@coileyparjley @autisticgardner At the garden centre I work part time at people ask for hardy Cyclamen and when you show them coum etc they are not interested.

@Plantzzman @autisticgardner I had that conversation with a new customer last week. They had a really nice clump of the ordinary coum all in flower in a bed by the entrance to the GC. He said that he couldn't buy them any more and its because every GC is full of the highly bred ones.

@autisticgardner Yes but people like the jazzy colours but dont understand the issues around hardy and not so hardy!

@Plantzzman Cyclamen persicum really is better as a houseplant.

@AmazonHelp It claims to have shipped was due on 13th Jan, then 16th then 19th. I got a message saying if it was not delivered by 19th I could ask for a refund but there is no simple way to do that.

@AmazonHelp I have an order a week late with no expected delivery date. Amazon claimed i could have a refund but how when all your website does is send you in circles. How hard is it to deliver a box of cat food!

Interesting fruit on what appears to be a form of Chinese Quince in a Littleover, Derby garden. They grow as big as cricket balls.
