@DeanBlevins Sad that there were actually people saying the Thunder were better without JDub. His size and athleticism, would benefit matching up with the Spurs guards.

It’d be fantastic if a healthy J-Dub plays Game 5. But after lengthy rehab time necessary from 2025-26 hamstring injuries at least 3 previous times, why would this one miraculously allow him back full speed after missing just 2 & 3/4ths games?

The Thunder cannot win this series if JDub and or Ajay Mitchell don’t come back. There is a 0% chance. The fate of this series falls on their health. It’s as simple as that.

@DevInTheLab It all depends on the lens you’re looking through. Shai is held. That is how he is defended getting the MVP treatment second time around. Big picture is the depth of the Thunder and how they play defense and move the ball on offense.

Please don’t beat me up for asking. But there’s lots of videos of people showing hartenstein being held by wemby the same he’s being held .. and showing that shai is for sure getting fouled … why is everyone completely ignoring that ?

@CareyAMurdock OKC played creampuffs HOU, LAL, all at home, got rest, while Spurs have been traveling, playing teams that were allowed to batter them, and have been doing all this every other day for weeks. You guys were handed a nice cake walk.

The Thunder were special. Lost JDub and Spurs came in with Fox and Harper ready to go. OKC is starting to impose their will. Wemby is struggling a bit. The Spurs toughness is getting rattled and Thunder physicality is getting to them for the first time like they get to everybody.

@stoolpresidente The NBA is now built on 3 point bombs and foul-baiting. It is soft. The refs contribute to that softness. If a team played like the 90’s Pistons, they’d be drummed out of league!!

Hartenstein did a fantastic job of bugging Wembanyama every chance he got in the 1st half. Constantly pushing, grabbing and bumping him. Doing anything he can to make him expend energy. Can’t be measured in a box score but it’s significant.
