We've got you covered! We actually already have 5v5 in the game, and we’ve been running internal tests with 2v2 as well. It’s honestly a blast. We're focusing on the core experience right now, but I wouldn’t be surprised at all if more modes like 2v2 make it to the pitch in the future.

@PlayGOALS Can we expect to see more modes that aren’t 1v1’s . I’m not the biggest Footie fan and yet I do enjoy playing some times. Especially if my mates r on

@KamperskeDarts It does! We're still polishing the experience, so expect a few rough edges compared to the PC version, but the pitch is open on Steam Deck. We’re working to make it as smooth as possible for the full launch!

We see it differently: every card is performance-related, but it's based on how you play. Your players gain XP and evolve as you use them. We’d rather have you decide how good your team gets through your own skill, rather than depending on a highlight reel from the weekend

@PlayGOALS @NepentheZ This also means no live cards, no performance related cards. I am rooting for your game as we desperately need competition in the space but fake players will be a huge issue

My first experience on the @PlayGOALS beta. Won the first Tournament I entered, and have this as a team to show for it by the end! Video up in the next hours / day!

@PlayGOALS I like the game but the defending has to be better. To much fifa rebounds and silly possesion losses in the defence. But its very fun to play

We totally get it. We've all been conditioned to look for those big names. But honestly? Give it a few matches. Once you start building your squad, those players stop being "fake" and start feeling like your team. It’s way more personal than everyone chasing the exact same META squad every season!

@XDoncarlo To keep the pitch fair for everyone at launch, we’ll be doing a full squad wipe after the Beta. We want every player starting on a level playing field. The good news? This is the LAST one. Once the full game drops, no more resets.

@Jordan1977590 No the progress will be wiped after the 23rd of March. To ensure that in launch everybody starts with the same opportunities. It's also one of the reasons you can upgrade your squad so fast in the current Beta.

@PlayGOALS The game needs to be optimized after the update. I was running max fps before the patch and now I'm running at least 40fps lower. I can run eafc at max fps but somehow Goals can't with worse graphics.
