Hey @plivo, stuck in a signup loop! • Work email domain is giving an error • Personal emails aren't allowed • Support requires logging in (which I can't do) How can I reach your team to resolve this? Anyone have a workaround? I’m open to trying anything atp.

Was going to use @plivo for a new feature but it is blocking my work email address from signing up. Sales doesnt even respond. Any good alternatives as I need voice, sms, whatsapp capabilities

Hey @plivo can I ask why my domain is locked out from creating an account with you? I have several accounts on Twilio right now and I'm looking for an alternative, but this is NOT a very welcomed response to trying out your API and platform. Can someone fix this please? Otherwise I'll have to look at other options. I can't even send your sales team a message - that fails too.

@plivo What exactly is the criteria for signing up with Plivo? My legitimate business was denied simply based on my email domain? And a response from support was similarly vague. Do you just not want customers? #plivo

@plivo I tried to sign up with my work address, which ends in .edu, and was rejected "Please use your work email to sign up. Education email addresses are not supported.". Did you forget people work for .edus? I tried again with my home (.org) address - rejected again.
