@plivo What exactly is the criteria for signing up with Plivo? My legitimate business was denied simply based on my email domain? And a response from support was similarly vague. Do you just not want customers? #plivo

Your customer number and now this intrusive app. If you just put in your rewards number, you do not get the advertised price (with the tiny 'digital' print nonsense). Many don't realize this til they get home

@RalphsGrocery Digital coupons are a great way to deceive and rip off your customers. $3,99, but, if you don't see the tiny tiny print or know how to work the digital scan, it's now $8,99 eac. And does check person bother to tell you we just ripped you off for $45, of course not.

@VanMoof I returned my bike back in Jan, and had to follow up 3 times to get my refund. I returned the rack for the bike, and realized I didn't get a refund for that either. Y'all need to get your act together. So many customer service concerns.

@Dlink congrats on losing a customer for life. Two of my perfectly functional smart plugs are now e-waste for no good reason. At least open source the firmware, so people can keep more junk out of landfills.

@LastQuake Close to the shore here in Long Beach. Two sharp, quick jolts about 15 minutes apart. Doors rattled, but no sustained shaking or anything. Seems to line up with the sonic boom possibility.

Twenty min ago we start receiving felt reports (on map above) from LA region. As one can see they spread over large region and report similar shaking level (color). Furthermore many reports a "band" and rattling windows 1/n

@SamsungSupport Bought my stepson a watch3 41mm LTE and he uses it standalone (no phone). He only gets about 12 hours of battery life w/all sensors off (bt, hr, wifi, nfc). Is this normal on LTE or is there a problem?

@SamsungSupport It's mostly off with occasional texting. (AoD is off). I waited for him to get through the 'new' period of messing with it before I reached out. But obviously it is on LTE at all times since it isn't connected to a phone.
