@CheshireEast absolutely appalled at the spring street multi story car park condition. It feels unhygienic and unsafe and at nearly £6 per day This is NOT acceptable.

@PloddingLou @OEXOutdoors I can confirm that it is normal for down jackets to lose some of their filling. It is important that you do not pull out any exposed feathers. @OEXOutdoors @GOoutdoors my lovely zenon down jacket seems to lose significant amount of feathers still (had to valet car twice in a month!) is this normal and what can I do to stop it ! Does it affect performance ? Thanks x it’s only 3 weeks old but I 💗it
