I think I'm going to be vulnerable and finally ask: is there anyone out there that would want to beta read a novel? 110k fantasy with fantasy sea creatures, queer characters, a villain POV, a curse, and lots of ocean metaphors. Would love some constructive feedback.

@king_reinhardt Jez Cajiao writes it well. He mentions enjoying the concept of saying, "We charged forward," instead of, "They charged forward." That context helped

Do you write in first person? I don't think I've ever tried it! I tend to really dislike reading first person, though, so I can't imagine I ever will 😅
