I've been accused on using a Zen, and I can prove I do not use a Zen or any unauthorized device, and I can provide evidence disproving those allegations. People accusing me of doing it, can't prove that. If this ban was imposed based on unsubstantiated third-party accusations rather than verifiable evidence, then it lacks a proper factual basis. Further, the published rules state in Section 3(e) that a “quit, power down, disconnect, or just losing” counts as a loss, and Section 4 states a player “may be disqualified” or “banned from that Weekend Competition Period.” Those provisions do not clearly authorize a permanent ban for quitting early. If quitting early is the asserted basis, then the penalty is inconsistent with the text of the rules and appears selectively enforced, as I have evidence of comparable conduct by other players. I am requesting the specific grounds for this action, the evidence relied upon, and a prompt reversal if this was imposed in error. I will follow every procedure available under the Official Rules and applicable Terms to take this to the highest level of review, including the formal dispute process and, if necessary, court or any other available legal forum.
