Dear Freepik (now @magnific), I’m reaching out to you here because your support team continues to respond with scripted replies that do not help resolve the issue First, you increased the subscription prices, but instead of improving the service, everything has gotten worse. The promised unlimited generations now take up to 17 minutes to process, which is unacceptable. In addition, 2K and 4K Nano Banana generations have started producing clay-like textures. This issue does not occur on the official Gemini website or on other aggregators. These problems are affecting dozens of your users, not just me Please pay attention to these issues and fix them as soon as possible
