@Cowanado @GamesCage_ @_eramor Except entertainment is a responsable way to use your money, if you never use money for any type of entertainment you'd go crazy, the responsability is in how careful you are to not go overboard and spend too much for something that is not worth the amount you're spending.

@Cowanado @GamesCage_ @_eramor I'm not saying it holds no value therefore it needs to be emulated, I'm saying that when the alternative is an overpriced EMULATED port then it's only natural to fight fire with fire, or at least have enough self respect to hold yourself from purchasing it as protest.

@Plyskin0 @GamesCage_ @_eramor Simply, not everyone has a PC. Not everyone is savvy in that way if they do. These games are 20 years old and largely inaccessible to newcomers by legal avenue unless you have about $250 to blow. Just because it’s old, doesn’t mean it holds no value. It’s $20. Relax.

Also Lego is not really a good example, they do have higher prices yes but it's to be eco-sustainable and usually they have fair prices for the quality of their products, meanwhile Nintendo is the opposite.

You are talking about just the ticket. I’m talking about the actual expense of 2 hours with what you usually buy. If you go out, buy popcorn and a drink too with it. The movie you don’t get to keep; you just watch it and walk out. This I get to keep and can replay it how many times I want. It’s all about perspective and how you value certain things. For me, it’s like that, but like you said, for you, it is different. That’s what the main problem here is that people don’t see. Also, I do agree the price is a little steep, but like I mentioned a lot here on Twitter yesterday and today, if you are actually a Pokémon fan, you know that everything GEN 1 related is always more expensive. Just look at the Legos. It happens the same thing.

@GamesCage_ @_eramor I’ve tried playing them on Delta on my iPhone and it just.. sucks to play it on a phone. Yeah you can emulate on a computer but your average gamer, outside of this space of pc gamers, just do not want to deal with the process of emulation. An easy 20 bucks bing bang boom
