If you’re paying for your @X then the very least you should expect is some sort of immediate help when things go wrong.
@LairdOfThManor I would suggest issuing a summons against @X in the small claims court to be refunded your subscription. It’s amazing how quickly things get done when they ignore it and you win then send bailiffs around to the UK offices to seize goods 😉
