@PocketTrumpeter We are down to 10, should be playing for a point....with the hope of nicking something on the counter or a set piece

@AIILeedsArentWe @Cheeta_13 I also forgot we had the red card lol.....

You're leaving out a good player regardless but I don't like dropping Bogle. He's just too important going forward, especially without replacing his passing quality elsewhere. #LUFC

Tanaka - frozen out - feel for the lad
Gnonto - Farke destroyed his prospects
Aaronson - believing his own hype
Ampadu - needs a rest
Rodon - slow
Struijk - liability
James - career over
Gruev - never gone win you a game
DCL - flatters to deceive the donkey reality #lufc

Different opponents require different approaches. Football is not one size fits all, especially for a club in our position.

DF: "No sense to panic. All games this level are tight. If I changed the whole setup now, we would go away from what got us so many points. Close to a point against City, two extra at Villa. If we get those and three tonight, we would be close to champagne for staying up" #lufc

@23liamlufc nah mate he never makes any bad decisions. only sensible viewpoint is to back him blindly

Is it acceptable to absolutely hate a manager that's doing quite well?

📋 Your #LUFC XI...

@ZakHowells @AdamCrafton_ I don't really agree with that about Gnonto, but James is definitely more limited on the ball. He's at his best when he fills a specific tactical role that uses his pace.
English

@PocketTrumpeter @AdamCrafton_ Any time I see them they look awful. Just run down blind alleys all the time and fail to produce anything with the ball. Admit I didn't realise they play infrequently, probably doesnt help their ability to build up a run of form, but not sure either are prem quality.
English

@talkaboutlufcv2 Gnonto, as shown tonight until he was shunted back to wingback, clearly can change the game
English

Issue is, we have no attackers on the bench that Farke really trusts. Even attack minded players. Piroe has had limited minutes all season, Gnonto has barely featured and Tanaka hasn’t had any PL minutes for a month…
Who changes the game? #LUFC
English

@ZakHowells @AdamCrafton_ gnonto and james don't get any minutes for us at all, and frankly I wish they did, as they are two of the only inventive players we have
English

@AdamCrafton_ Having Gnonto and James play meaningful minutes for you is not great planning.
English

@AdamCrafton_ We did add flair in January. Our manager has decided to sideline all flair from the squad and play stodgy football no matter the opposition.

@EthanFromOnline We really did look better - very frustrating that we very quickly then unbalanced ourselves again... :(
English

Balance of the team looks better > Leeds look better. Maybe we salvage something, but a poor night by Farke imo. #LUFC
Jibber Jabber@EthanFromOnline
On one hand I get why Farke would be OK with this, but I think tonight he should've more flexibility. The balance of the team is off, it was a night to risk a little more. Asking too much of the wingbacks to provide a break. #LUFC
English

@JAF1919 @MichaelLUFC @liam_lightowler @LUFC Of course the shape changes when we are in and out of possession, but there's no point pretending that Aaronson and Stach weren't doing the same role on either side.
English

@PocketTrumpeter @MichaelLUFC @liam_lightowler @LUFC It’s a fluid 352. Depends when we’re attacking and defending. We even have Gruev filling in at LCB at times so Gabi can push on and when Struijk brings the ball out. Regardless of whatever system you want to think you know, we can get Nmecha in without changing things excessively
English

@JAF1919 @MichaelLUFC @liam_lightowler @LUFC We're playing a 3-4-2-1 with Aaronson and Stach both playing similar roles ahead of the midfield on each side. It's fundamentally different to playing 2 strikers.
