I didn't know this about game key cards. Apparently, they work offline as long as the card was previously connected to the internet at some point. This isn't ideal, but I take this over digital only.

Nintendo has been selling exclusive software to sell new hardware for decades now to great success.
It's always funny when I see people act like this isn't something millions of gamers want when it's been this way for decades now.
There's a reason why it only took the Switch 2 three days to outsell the Steam Deck.

@Masterkaag8 It doesn't, but the ps5 can at least be used to run other games or browse apps. Same with Xbox. The switch only runs switch games, and the games available aren't worth the price tag. I own a switch and don't see any reason to upgrade any time soon.
