A little update on Perps on Cards.
Development is moving faster than expected, and if everything goes to plan, we'll be ready to share the first version today or tomorrow.
The goal hasn't changed.
We're bringing the same Pokémon card experience to perpetual trading, so whether you prefer Options or Perps, you'll be able to trade both on the same platform without losing what makes Poke Options unique.
Can't wait to show you what we've been building. Stay tuned.

We haven't publicly doxxed the team yet.
Right now it's just the two of us. I handle the backend and core development, while the other team member manages our X account, community, and helps polish the product.
For now, we're keeping the focus on building. Maybe we'll introduce ourselves publicly in the future.

A few people asked why we're introducing Community Liquidity Pools when creator fees already go back into protocol liquidity.
The answer is simple: scalability.
Creator fees are great because they continuously strengthen the protocol's liquidity over time. But as the platform grows, users will want to open larger positions, trade more markets, and generate higher volume. That requires deeper liquidity than creator fees alone can provide.
Community Liquidity Pools solve that.
If you provide liquidity, you'll earn a share of the protocol's rewards while helping strengthen the markets. In return, the platform gains the liquidity needed to support larger trades and continued growth.
It's a win for both sides:
• Liquidity providers earn rewards.
• Traders get deeper liquidity and a better trading experience.
• The protocol becomes stronger as it scales.
That's why we're building it.
English

Liquidity is one of the biggest priorities for us.
As the protocol grows, we want larger positions, deeper markets, and a better experience for everyone.
That's why we've been reinvesting creator fees back into protocol liquidity, and why we're introducing community liquidity pools.
Growth isn't just about attracting more users—it's about making the platform stronger with every trade.

One promise I made to myself is simple:
Never stop shipping.
Some updates will be huge.
Some will be tiny.
Some people won't even notice them.
But every single update moves the platform forward.
I'd rather improve the product every day than disappear for six months and come back with a massive announcement.
Building in public keeps us accountable.
English

Fair question.
The website is still offline because we're fixing an issue we identified before it could become a bigger problem. We'd rather take the extra time to make sure everything is secure than rush it back online.
We're still building and keeping everyone updated because development hasn't stopped. Once we've finished testing and are confident everything is safe, the website will be back up.

@PokeOptions why are you tweeting still your website has been down for the past 12 hours

A quick update on where we are:
Roadmap
The roadmap is complete and will be released today.
Tokenomics
The team holds 0 allocated tokens. Everything is acquired through the open market. We believe in aligning ourselves with the community, not giving ourselves special allocations.
Partnerships
We don't have any partnership announcements planned right now. Our priority is building the product first, and we'll explore partnerships when the timing is right and they genuinely add value.
Marketing
Marketing will scale alongside the product. Our focus is to keep shipping features, grow the community organically, and expand our reach over time.
We're still early, but we're building every day.

Dev here.
Now that I'm back, it's time to answer your questions.
I've started a Q&A session under this post, so drop any questions you have about Poke Options, liquidity, trading, the roadmap, or anything else. I'll personally reply to as many as I can and make sure everything gets answered.
I'll also be going through the comments on my older posts and answering any unanswered questions there as well.

@PokeOptions Keep building nad neva give up. Anw website is being changed?
English

The funny thing is that most people only see the updates.
They don't see the bugs, failed ideas, redesigns, or features that get completely deleted because they don't feel right.
Sometimes we spend hours building something only to remove it the same day.
That's part of building.
I'd rather launch something I'm proud of a day later than ship something I know isn't good enough.
English

Temporary notice:
We've temporarily taken the website offline after identifying an issue that could have affected protocol liquidity.
The issue was caught early, and we've paused the platform while we deploy the fix out of an abundance of caution.
All user funds are safe. No user balances have been affected.
The website will be back online shortly once we've completed testing and verified that everything is secure.
Security will always come before uptime. Thanks for your patience while we get this resolved.

We will be adding more cards almost every day, but the cards themselves aren't the end goal.
They're the interface.
The real vision is building an entire trading ecosystem around them—Options, Perpetuals, liquidity pools, rewards, and much more.
Every new feature should still feel like it's part of the same game rather than a completely different application.
That's what we're trying to achieve.
English

The long-term vision has never been to create "another crypto app."
I want someone who has never traded before to open Poke Options and immediately understand what's happening.
If we can make derivatives feel approachable without removing the underlying mechanics, we've done something worthwhile.
Crypto has enough products built only for experienced traders.
We're trying to build one that anyone can enjoy using.
English

I don't think Poke Options will stop at options.
We've already started working on Perpetuals because I don't want users to leave the platform just because they prefer another product.
If someone likes Options, they'll have Options.
If someone likes Perps, they'll have Perps.
Same Pokémon card experience. Same protocol. One ecosystem.
I think that's a much better direction than creating ten different products that never connect together.
English

One thing I've learned while building is that people don't care how hard something is to build. They care whether it's fun to use.
That's been our philosophy with Poke Options from day one.
We could've built another standard trading interface with charts everywhere, tiny buttons, and the same experience everyone else has. Instead, we asked ourselves one question:
"What if trading actually felt enjoyable?"
That's why every update we ship is focused on making the experience different, not just adding another feature.
We're still early, but I think we're building something people will actually remember.
English

Nothing fishy here. 😄
We're not hiding comments
we're replying to them. If people have questions or criticism, we're happy to answer it publicly. So far, we've just been getting positive feedback, but we're open to every opinion.
