Thailand Appreciation Post Spent the past 2 hours losing my mind as I couldn’t find me passport. Searched high and low in the condo to no avail Frantically I jumped on my bike and headed to the Western Union as I had got cash out yesterday Luckily for me some kind hearted Thai person had handed it in and WU were keeping it safe me for me, they had to tried to ring me several times throughout the day but only had my English number I was preparing for myself for a massive bill and a trip back to the Yookay, however thankfully that doesn’t need to happen Anyway see you all later for Vile News

@JamesPGoddard90 Yeah one of worst nights of my life not knowing. Only realised when was in lift going past 14th floor. Lucky my missus was sharp & said get lobby to check camera. I was hoping if we couldnt track him down then some1 who found it handed into police as had address on paperwork

@JamesPGoddard90 Gave him a 1000 baht for being nice and driving it back for us. Was the worst night of my life thinking it’s lost an having to go through all that shit getting a replacement along with visa stamp etc

@JamesPGoddard90 I left mine in a taxi few months ago along with all supporting documents for a an extension along with kids passports etc. kids playing up as we got out so easily slipped my mind. Lucky the condo has a camera outside and we tracked the driver down. He delivered it the next day.

North Bangkok feels like a different world from Sukhumvit. About 90 minutes up the road, Rangsit wakes up slow and local—old‑school Thailand with calm streets and real morning energy.

@Westy_FTI @hfindets Even though I’m not expecting it but let’s say government do redress. How would they pay out? Wait for customers to contact them? Automatically pay out? How would they know how much each customer lost?

@hfindets 750 ish It's not bad, it's a lot of letters to pile together. But we are fighting for 9000- 10,000 people 🤔 lots of factors why some haven't written a letter I guess though, needing to be active on twitter a big one I guess. I know lots have deleted twitter accounts.
