One compromise/ reform that could end the standoff of DHS funding: ICE agents henceforth won’t wear masks in any situation where other law enforcement officers don’t wear masks, courthouses, the streets of our cites, etc. Masks are reserved for the lawless zone along the border where the cartels dominate.
Bloomberg TV@BloombergTV

Republican Senator Rand Paul tells @jmathieureports that ICE officers should not be wearing masks in cities where other law enforcement are unmasked. They speak at the Capitol bit.ly/4bs79Dc

@QUEEFPROUDLY @HamiltonCain @keithdorejel Of the top ten largest countries by population, the US is the only one without autonomous zones. You have no idea what you’re talking about. People here disagree with each other. In other countries they consider themselves a different people entirely.

@PolicyEnjoyer @HamiltonCain @keithdorejel We had a civil war. There are rebel flags everywhere in the south. There are fully Mexican swathes of southwest. There are entirely Muslim cities in Michigan. Urban/rural differences are boiling. Floyd riots, Jan 6th, failing economy…powder keg.

Puerto Ricans have over double the incarceration rate of Hispanic immigrant groups. It's unfortunate that this is the group facing no migration restrictions.

@ScottPresler @ChairWarfield Ranked choice is how they wound up with Murkowski. All it does is dilute the field favoring the more organized candidate.

@crossplainsjohn @birdman6290 @ColMoeDavis his LACK OF qualifications is the issue you dumbass. He’s qualified? Go take a gander at the list of people to run the DHS. Until Trump 2, every confirmed one was either an expert or had decades of experience. It’s not a roast on plumbers to say a plumber can’t run it. It’s true.

I reiterate. This is why the working class hates Democrats. None of the reasons listed preclude him from being a DHS Secretary. He’s been a Senator for multiple years, ran a large business. This arrogance makes me want to vote Republican. His policies are awful but he’s qualified. Dems didn’t win POTUS because of shenanigans with cognitive decline & no primary. That’s the price the country pays .

@ChristopherHale The spineless pope made the most passive of suggestions that people should help out the Byzantine Empire. It was christians as a whole who went to war to push back the jihadis. Catholica only deserve credit for making the crusades harder by being unwilling to help.

Mark Levin: "[On] the murder of our friend Charlie Kirk…what do you think happened there?" Joe Kent: "What I know is that there were foreign leads that we didn't get the chance to look into, that we did not thoroughly investigate." Levin: "You have a country in mind?" Kent: "No. I think we need to fully investigate the potential of any foreign nexus." Levin: "So you think a foreign country may have been involved in his assassination? Does the FBI think that?" Kent: "What I think is that we need to thoroughly investigate all the potentials…I just can't get into it because it's classified… What I saw at the National Counterterrorism Center, that was not thoroughly looked into."

Massive respect to Szabolcs Panyi for uncovering what we all suspected: the Orbán regime isn’t just "Russia-friendly"—it’s an active subcontractor for Putin’s interference in European democracy. This leaked transcript from 2020 is a disgrace. It shows Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó literally begging Sergey Lavrov to help the Slovak "Social Democrats" (Smer) win their election. While pretending to be "conservatives," they’d rather back a nominal leftist in Bratislava as long as he bows to the Kremlin. It’s a coordinated assault on Central European stability. If you still believe Orbán fights for "Hungarian interests”, you’re missing the fact that those interests now seem to be dictated from Moscow. Share this. Don’t let them bury the truth. 🇭🇺🇪🇺 Transcript: “14.02.2020 PS: Hello Sergey, Peter here. Thank you for talking to me. As I understand you are in Munich, at the conference, right? SL: Yes, I am in Munich. PS: I don’t want to bother you but the Prime Minister asked me to do it, because we have kinda big plea for you. As you know then there are elections coming up in Slovakia 29.02 and it is of key importance to us that the coalition there would continue. I understand it may sound strange coming from Hungarian conservatives but we are hoping for social democrats since they are the only rational force in Slovak political landscape and the only ones who are acting without foreign interference. All others are basically funded by Soros. If the opposition wins then it would be a tragedy for the Central European cooperation. It is also important that the speaker Danko’s Slovak National Party would cross the 5% threshold. We hope they manage it but the only hope for the coalition to continue is when the ruling party wins elections. The prime minister Pellegrini was here yesterday and he told us that if your prime minister would host him even for half an hour it would be of great help for winning the elections. He told us it is way more important for their society than a visit to Washington. So he asked us to ask you, and we also want to ask it ourselves, if such thing could be organized that your PM would host Slovak PM in Moscow somewhere in February... SL: It’s quite a plea but I’ll pass it on to PM. PS: I understand. It would be great if you’d manage to organize it. Pellegrini asked for our help in that regard since he knows we have good relations and that our presidents also have good personal relations. And he trusted us in this matter. SL: Peter, I will pass this plea on today and will be in contact as soon as I have any updates. PS: Thank you. And let me emphasize it once more how important it is for us that the coalition in Slovakia continues. If they can’t continue then there is no hope for pragmatic cooperation in Central Europe and we would lose a lot. SL: I understand. PS: You have no idea how grateful I am that we are having this conversation. It is a sign of friendship. SL: Any time, my friend. All the best.”

Something that gets overlooked in the Birth Rates discourse is that childlessness is down and falling. 16% of 45 year old women have no children, the lowest in 25 years. A woman born in 1982 is as likely to have a child as woman born in 1923 was!

@JakeNiergarth @RandPaul Doxxing is entirely legal. Perhaps if you participate in a federal police force so reviled you fear accountability, you shouldn’t have signed up. No masks. No anonymous state police roaming our streets, killing our citizens. Bare minimum.

@naterdogg @NidaKirmani It’s also by far the most sustainable and ecologically healthy practical method! Traditional farming involves wiping out entire ecosystems just to rape the land until it can’t produce anymore because you use up all the nutrients in the natural soil.

@cam_d32 @NidaKirmani “Destroyed our planet”, like does this lady not know we have the most efficient farming in history at this very moment? If we farmed like she would have us, it’d be an ecological apocalypse. Traditional farming is horrid for the land, unsustainable, and would starve billions.

@Crey1959 @RichardHanania We need elite physicians, and less capable ones that can drive down the cost of care, and everything in between. The fact the average salary is so high is an actively bad thing. It means we aren’t putting enough people through school and ppl are going w/o care.

@Crey1959 @RichardHanania Because whether or not your daughter can get elite care is unrelated to the presence of less capable physicians. What you’re advocating for is America’s current system where ppl need Harvard grad partners to represent them for a DUI. And then we end up w a huge shortage.
