சென்னையின் வெள்ளத்தை தாங்கக்கூடிய பள்ளிக்கரணை சதுப்பு நிலத்தில், ராம்சார் நிலம் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட கட்டிடங்கள் கட்ட தடை செய்யப்பட்ட பகுதியில் மிகவும் துணிச்சலாக, உட்சபச்ச திமிர் கொண்டு, பல அரசு துறைகள் இணைந்து மோசடி செய்து ஒரு தனியார் நிறுவனத்திற்கு (Brigade Heights) 1250 வீடுகள் கட்ட அனுமதி கொடுத்துள்ளனர். அந்த நிறுவனமும் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட சதுப்பு நில பகுதியில் மணலை கொட்டி கட்டுமான வேலைகளை ஆரம்பித்து விட்டனர். இந்த மோசடியை செய்தவர்கள் மீது TVK அரசு இது வரை ஏன் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை..?  அந்த இடத்தில் மோசடியாக கொடுக்கப்பட்ட cmda அனுமதி ஏன் ரத்து செய்யப்படவில்லை? இந்த நிறுவனம் கட்டும் வீடுகளை வாங்கி நாளை இந்த கட்டிடங்கள் இடிக்கப்பட்டால் பாதிக்கப்பட போகும் மக்களுக்கு TVK அரசு பதில் சொல்லுமா? @CMOTamilnadu @CMDA_Official @Chief_Secy_TN @CmcellTamilNadu @TVKVijayHQ

When crude oil price rises fuel prices rises in India but when crude oil price decrease fuel prices doesn't decrease.

The prices of ethanol-blended petrol should be: E100 – ₹15/L E85 – ₹20/L E20 – ₹60/L E0 – ₹80/L Nitin Gadkari promised ethanol-blended petrol at ₹15 per litre. Govt saves on crude imports and taxes, but people still pay ₹100+ per litre. And if ethanol blending creates vehicle-related issues, the cost still falls on consumers. If you still don’t understand this simple point, the problem is not people questioning the govt, the problem is people defending it without thinking.

CMDA must cancel the permission given to 2000 Crore real estate project of Brigade in Ramsar Land! Its extremely important for the Government to protect the Pallikaranai Ramsar Marsh Forest. We have made a submission at the international level that we wont alter the ecology of the Ramsar land from the designated date which is 08th April 2022. Yet Brigade applied for EC and CMDA Planning permission starting from July 2022 and got the permission in January 2025 in violation of international convention and Wetland Conservation rules 2017 (under Environment Act of India). DMK Government carried out major fraud for this approval which has been well documented by Arappor. Will the new Government cancel the permission? Arappor has submitted representation to CM.
