@DanNeidle Dan, best practice is that software code for major software infrastructure (like this) should be INDEPENDENTLY audited to check for flaws, back-doors etc. It's not diffcult to get software 'peer reviewed'. So, the $64,000 question. Was this "exploit" accidental or deliberate?

On Friday we revealed the Companies House vulnerability letting anyone access the private dashboard of any UK company. This is the moment I first saw it demonstrated. My reaction says it all. What do we know? What don't we know? What should companies do now?

@DanNeidle What the absolute f*ck ??? You'd now expect the Govt to carry out a forensic audit to determine how many people have already used this "loophole" (most likely the 'usual suspects') But knowing Starmer & Co, they will instead cover everything up to protect 'Digital ID' 😠

I see some weird things but this takes the biscuit. A vulnerability in the Companies House website, that let anyone view the private dashboard of any one of the five million registered companies, see directors' personal details. And modify them.

@DanNeidle Looks like a "scheme" Iain Clifford Stamp would be proud of! 1. Set up a Ltd Co 2. Offer any quasi-legal quackery 3. Bank money from gullible people 4. Close down Co & run off with proceeds It seems any morally bankrupt person can get away with virtually ZERO consequences! 😠

MP Estate Planning sells trusts to the elderly to avoid IHT & care fees. They don't work. That's just the start - our investigation found: 🚩 False claims of expertise 🚩 A "head of legal" who doesn't exist 🚩 A website made of AI slop 🚩 A mysterious £1.7m owed to HMRC 🧵:

I try to stick to a team to score a goal (but stats have to favour them and odds be around 1.20 - too high is a red flag too) if odds are too low I might go for over 1.5 goals (has to flag lots of goals and be BTTS) or skip. Lower leagues and random European leagues have very good value. I choose 4 selections in one acca which should return around evens combined. The stake amount is about your risk but I like to do 10% of the account as sometimes they don't come in but you should win a lot more than you lose. I get very good results with this approach especially on a Sunday when games are played in Europe throughout the day. However, it still requires patience and discipline. I really like a team to score because you just need one thing to happen and it's done (usually before half time).

@FullyLV @DanNeidle @LBC LBC, TalkRadio & GB News are desperate for advertising revenue, and not that "selective" about who they allow. This also explains why you get to hear exactly the same ads 4 - 5 times every sodding hour.

TikTok, YouTube and Facebook are full of rubbish tax influencers, spinning any kind of old codswallop, whether it's for clicks or fees I'm trying to create a "Greatest Hits" list. The worst of the worst I'd love it if people could post examples. I'll start - Samuel Leeds:

@DanNeidle It's a "scheme" heavily promoted via radio, socials & flyers. They encourage people to buy Ulez-compliant cars through them, which are then leased to people living in London. They claim each car will generate £600 pm income with "no risk" & a supposed guaranteed buy back value.

I know in last few weeks I've have had some crap selections (mainly due to unexpected results / lack of goals in UK games). But do people seriously expect a 10 fold with odds of 100 to win every week? I share the stats / lists so that you can make your own selections or at least give you some ideas to make your own. Just remember I'm not a tipster (and have no intention on being one), I don't make money from any of you, I just share my data and share my acca's.

@DanNeidle Dan. Serious question for you. Is Stamp actually paying any form of Tax on his "income" ANYWHERE? Given his "Sovereign" beliefs, I would bet a crisp fiver he isn't. In which case, perhaps the 'Al Capone' route is worth looking at? (Tax evasion, money laundering, fraud etc)

@ActivePatriotUK Exactly as I thought, PCSOs are NOT normally allowed to carry handcuffs as they have NO police powers of arrest. The ONLY forces which DO allow PCSOs to CARRY handcuffs are: British Transport Police, Dyfed-Powys Police, North Wales Police & Merseyside.

No decisions should ever be made about the #rapegangs without this amazing woman at the heart of them. @MaggieOliverUK @AndyBurnhamGM She is the expert above all "experts". @Katie_Lam_MP
Maggie Oliver@MaggieOliverUK

As I have always expected, yesterday’s announcement by the government that the 5 local enquiries into grooming gangs are not happening came as no surprise. And I feel for the survivors/victims given false hope and fed lies. With this in mind, I wanted to share something which happened in January. In September I was invited to ‘support and contribute my views’ to the @HMICFRS commission into @gmpolice set up by Andy Burnham. This replaced the independent review team who sadly had no option other than to resign last summer after they were blocked from accessing information or interviewing victims so they could carry out an honest and thorough assurance review. Their purpose was to assess if @gmpolice have improved in how they deal with sexual abuse . There was one brief introductory zoom call in early October, and then to my horror I found out from the press in December that the first part of the report was to be made public the following day. I was totally unaware of this, as were others in that small group. There had not been a single meeting or conversation between them and me or others in the advisory group prior to that press conference, nor any conversations with victims. I was horrified and knew then it was a paper exercise with no real intention to seek views from those who may be independent, ‘critical friends’. I withdrew from this process immediately as there was clearly no intention to ‘seek our views’ at all, and having wasted so much time on other paper exercises in the past I wasn’t prepared to go down that pointless road yet again. I therefore resigned and I attach below my resignation letter from early January. I received no response until 7 weeks later when Andy Burnham and @greatermcr Greater Manchester Combined Authority finally acknowledged my resignation letter. I was then shocked to receive an invitation to the next ‘meeting’ with HMICFRS - scheduled for just a one hour zoom on 20th March, 6 MONTHS after the first one hour ‘introductory’ meeting!! It’s interesting to note that @HMICFRS weren’t even aware of my resignation almost 3 months later, showing there had still not been any meetings with the ‘advisory group’ nor collaborations or working parties. Victims too have been excluded. A repeat tbh of @IICSAVSCP National Abuse Inquiry. I look at the latest shambles regarding the disbanded local enquiries, and that @TECQC Tom Crowther KC had also seemingly been ‘blindsided’ and treated with contempt, and it is just more confirmation that my instincts are absolutely spot on. And why I honestly don’t believe a word these people say. To them it’s just a game, a process, a paper exercise, an attempt to cover up the truth, to protect the organisations. Paper exercises which are not intended to find the truth. They are intended to do exactly the opposite. I have learnt this after many years of trusting those who made false promises. I’ve heard so many, and often delivered convincingly with a smile and apparent sincerity. The problem for them though is that we, the public, now see this. And I honestly believe time is running out, and change is coming..

ADMIN POST TOMMY UPDATE - LIVE LINK FROM COURT Tomorrow Tommy will be appearing in court via a live video link for his appeal against sentencing, we will provide the link for people to watch tomorrow. For those of you travelling to The Royal Courts of Justice please gather peacefully and remain so. Please keep Tommy in your thoughts and prayers. Being sentenced to 18 months imprisonment (in isolation) for daring to publish a factual documentary is a dark stain on British 'justice'. Let us hope real justice and common sense prevails tomorrow.
