The JS full node implementation has been updated (networking, Trie, runtime interfaces) to support the current Substrate master. Syncing along nicely on a local dev chain.

The Trie libraries has been updated to support PoC-3 era encoding with blake2 hashing and substrate-specific trie encoding. One step closer to being ready for the PoC-3 launch.

Transaction subscriptions are now undergoing testing on the apps/next - tracking any submitted extrinsic and showing the real-time status. What is next? State and block events...
