We also visited the @NemaKenya in Kisumu & had a conversation with the Director, Mr. Leonard, about coordinated & ongoing monitoring programs on water quality. He also discussed some of the water quality parameters that are regularly tested to assess agrochemical pollution.

Understanding organic farming with Feli Farm, which focuses on poultry and vegetable farming in Kisumu.

During our visit, we had an extensive conversation with their chairman, who collaborates with the community on agroecology, urban farming, value chain management, and vermiculture.

To understand the changes in water quality, address community concerns about the safety of using water from streams, rivers, and lakes, and learn about agricultural practices, particularly irrigation and pesticide use, we visited Kisumu Young Agripreneurs.

Yesterday we visited @WRA_KEN in Kisumu and had a conversation with the Water Quality Control Officer on pollution & coordinated efforts on agro-chemicals & water. This information will be part of our ongoing research on sustainable agric & water Quality Testing on L.Victoria.
