@CopaAirlines holding bags on a plane against federal regulations while passengers disembarked. There is no counter and no kiosk. Gate agents Maria, Anji, and Linda rude, incompetent, and lairs, told us to leave the gate area and to claim our bags @FoxNews @nypost @ChannelOneNews

@CopaAirlines level of incompetence is just unreal! Gate agents rude and don’t know how to do their job. Holding passengers hostage for 6 hours on the plane, disembarking with no water or food - unacceptable! @nypost @nytimes @FoxNews

@CopaAirlines passengers held on the plane for over 6 hours at JFK for no good reason. Bused back to terminal with no information and no update. Plenty of flights departed on time. Worse management and communication. Fix this ASAP! Give people food, water, and information!
